A wagoneer would not effect the Durango they are both Chrysler but diffrent manufactures... That's like saying there's a new 300 replacing the charger

they are built on the same line by Chrysler and are the same manufacturer...but thats the word that the wagoneer will replace the durango.

I LOVE old Jeeps, but there is no way >even I< would buy something like that concept. . . surely they can't be serious!

If true, it's only because Chrysler Group thinks it will sell more with the Jeep badge than with the Dodge badge.

I personally don't believe the Durango will be going away any time soon, and certainly not as early as 2014. Nearly all vehicles are on a 7 year cycle, so I wouldn't expect to see it go at least until 2018. If sales stay as solid as they are now I think they would be foolish to get rid of it.

2015 will be the last year for the durango as being reported by various magazines and online auto news sources...ie automobile mag etc.

Looks like my sources arent "completely false".......sad though. The Rangoon is a great vehicle.
