flickering halogen? HMmmmmm....def, sounds like a bad ground somewhere, wire thats been damaged somehow or maybe the fcm going bad. Either way the dealer should be involved.

What a shocker! A dealer can't figure it out, so everything is fine! Seems to be a common theme on the forum. Too many mechanics don't understand the internals and have no problem solving skills or logic, so if their tester can't detect a problem then it is normal.
