I noticed that your D has 22" aftermarket wheels, the stock SRT8 comes with 20" x 10" wheels, those should fit?
If the calipers bolt up to the standard spindle/upright, the offset should be the same as the Jeep's?
I'll ask to make sure, were the 22" wheels a requirement to get that brake setup to fit?

Thread does seem to be missing some info. The first post my be the clue :: Gone...

Its pretty straight forward, unbolt the wheels, calipers, brake lines replace with brembos then bleed brakes. If your doing dust shields it a few more steps. Be a good idea to suck out all the old brake fluid from the master cylinder and refill with dot 4 can just keep adding and bleeding to flush the system. a brake bleeder tool make it a simple and you will not second guess if you have got all the air out.
