I totally understand....i've had vehicles with Navigation in the past. Some other Navigation units at least let you go through the POI's when moving, but the typing in the address i get, its dangerous. The navi in the D starts to let you go through the POI's then cuts you off and locks you out..annoying. But i would be interested in something that unlocks the navigation and don't need the camera functions. thanks!

Does the CHR550 work with the 2012 Durago? Or just with the 2011

I am going to change this to everyday pricing for you guys.
Will still need the coupon code on the CHR550

I shipped all1 5 I had this morning and the 8 V.5 I had as well.
So far I have 2 people for CHR550 and 1 V.5 that will ship when next order from Coastaltech arrives.
I will find out more on Tuesday and we will email those who have ordered an estimated shipping date.
Thanks to everyone who ordered so far.
Didnt expect to sell out on first day!

Dennis

This may sound stupid but, would this affect the warranty on the stock head unit?

very interested and ready to order one of these! But before I do, I still don't understand the differences between the 2 units.

Will both units allow me to plug an iPhone into the headunit and play video & audio? Or with the v.5, I need a iPhone RCA cable to plug into the aux in, and with the CHR550, I just use the Apple connector on the box itself?

Do both provide a video out for rear displays? Do they support multiple zones (movie on the rear for kids, music on the front for driver/passenger)?

Thanks for the great deal, looking forward to getting one!

Depends on who you ask... the dealer will tell you yes, but if you read into the magnusson moss act unless it directly caused the problem then no.

nice thing about it being plug n play is you can always simply unplug it and remove it if something does go out.
