Default More Changes...Added The Flowmaster Catback

Well as always I get bored. Came across the Flowmaster American Thunder Catback some of you have already for a great price. I had this system on my 500hp 2007 GTO and got compliments every time I was out. Well after longing for the Flowmaster sound, I pulled the trigger!

Fitment sucked! Took it to the shop and shortened a few pipes and it fits great now! More importantly, coupled with my Mopar Intake and 85mm TB, it sounds like pure sex. Tons of compliments already. Because I hacked up my Borla before for my cut-outs, I'm selling the Borla rear sections cheap in the for sale section. Perfect axle back system ready for someone looking for a moderate sound increase. Especially for the price! Soon I will be selling my Race Ready Cutouts in the for sale section too!

Any chance of getting a sound clip up? Also, any recommendation on where to buy the system? Thanks.

Sinister, I have the same cat back and love it. And I agree, the sound is awesome. The teenie boppers always turn heads, especially when I start it up and shake buildings. In the parking garage, I've scared a couple of people LOL!!

Just wanted to stop by and give some props to Sinister. I purchased his borla axle-back exhaust and picked my D up from the shop this morning (it needed to be welded). It sounds great!! I now have the deep throaty sound my D was missing. With a newborn and a wife that has no interest in vehicle mods, this was the perfect fit for a family ride. Although, I would have loved the building shaking and pedestrian startling sound, it just wasn't practical.

For those that don't want to spend the big $ and aren't worried about full performance systems, axle-back is legit. You will be happy!

Thanks again Sinister!

Here you go Bluebastion. I decided to post here and not hack up the other thread. Video is from my cell and the sound quality doesn't do the exhaust any justice (don't own a video camera, sorry).

I bought the mufflers from Sinister. They are off his cat-back borla system, so I guess they would be the equivalent of buying universal high flow mufflers. Only difference is these had the hangers and pipes set up for the stock mounting points. My mechanic suggested cutting out the center muffler. He said it would really make the hemi scream. My only reservation would be drone. Anyone have experience with this?

You guys with the flowmaster system. Does the system delete the center muffler? Any drone? Can you post a video with the sound?
