Default Question about VES and headphone compatibility

New 2011 Citadel owner here, only came with 1 set of stock headphones for the VES. Couple questions.

1) is it standard to only come with 1 set?

2) Are any IR wireless headphones compatible? If not are there any recommendations people have that are verified to work?

And separately.....

Is there any mod that can be done to the HDD where you can load .avi files onto it and display them on the rear monitor?

Many apologies if this question has been asked, I did a couple searches and didn't find the answers I wanted in the first dozen or so results.
Thanks for your help!

Moderators feel free to move this to the Electronics thread, sorry I didn't scroll down far enough to see that was an option

When new it probably came with two, however if you get on ebay and do a search for headphones for your suv, you will find what you need. I had to buy a remote for my wife's 2011 Jeep and had no trouble finding one.

You may be able to view those files on the rear monitor if you use the lockpick 5 or if you have an apple device you can view files from it on the CHR550. Check out this link...

My Citadel came with 2 headphones & 1 remote.
I bought an extra set from AudioVideo2Go. Work great, just like original but different look. These cover the ear.
