I had a 2010 Vette put a set of stainless works cat backs on it after reading "No drone, love them" Awesome no drone" "No drone here" "Can't get any better for no drone" -

The drone was OFF THE CHARTS - headache after 10 minutes driving had to come off seriously bad, bad, bad ...

I don't want to go through that EXTREME waste of $$$$ so out of all these kits, Dynomax, Flowmaster, Magnaflow, blah, blah, blah - which one gives aggressive Man sound without F'in - - - - - D R O N E

thx

Hey guys just got my 2013 r/t and looking for the best exhaust. Magnaflow or Flowmaster? I hear so many dif things about each but nothing to concrete. I want to hear the rumble without the rattle or in cabin drone. I hear magnaflow is to quiet and sounds more like a car then a truck, is that true?

Ill be removing both cats and replacing them with a magnaflow x-pipe with 2 1/2 piping to the rear. just need to decide on what mufflers.. Please help.

You know what - I just sold a 2010 Corvette and I have to say and this is no baloney that the R/T stock exhaust sounds as good or better than my old Vette when starting and running and I believe i am keeping the stock system I don't see a need to replace it.

Now, I understand you guys that have other models may be motivated as the R/T has a more aggressive exhaust note vs the standard D in other models.

Magnaflow makes an x-pipe for the Durango v8?

They have an X-pipe built into their catback system and also offer a universal that you can weld in if so desired!

I love my Magnaflow and have no drone. Also, I put dynamat down in the trunk area under carpet when I had open mufflers and it helps a lot.

I was thinking of a cat-delete xpipe. If you could get rid of the cats, the factory exhaust would likely sound a lot better.
