Rear blower motor not working AGAIN! 3rd time now!
So as some of you remember, I've been having electrical issues with my truck since the day I bought it. Immediately on purchase, the rear HVAC blower didn't work. My truck spend like half of the first month of ownership in the shop. They fixed it. Then the airbag light started coming on and then the rear blower went out again. Then fixed it and then the foglights stopped working. They fixed that and now the blower is out AGAIN. My truck has spent nearly 30 days total in the shop over 6 months of owning it and now it has to go back. The TIPM has been replaced 3 times already.
Don't know if I should be discussing this publicly, but **** it. I sued Chrysler and all they offered me was a measly $3700, $1700 of which had to go to lawyer fees. And the lawyers had to take a pay cut because Chrysler lowballed. So I would get $2000. I almost settled because my truck was finally fully functional after 5 months of several repairs and the money would have covered my first 4 months of payments. And now this problem again!
The NJ lemon law states that if you have the same problem 3 times or if your vehicle spends 20 or more days in the shop, you are entitled to compensation. I wanted a new truck but Chrysler will not replace the truck because the issue is not a safety related issue that is leaving the truck out of service. BULL****. So I guess they want me to take their crappy $2000 and keep bringing the truck back to the dealer every two months for the 3 years of my lease. This is insane! I don't know what else to do! The lawyers says prolonging the case could take a lot more time and could reduce the amount offered! What a terrible purchase this truck was!

They've been fixing it. It's not their fault though! But Chrysler did give me free oil changes for 2 years as well. But I want my $43K truck to work!
Yeah completely understandable...are you documenting every service visit and calling Dodge to complain non stop? Free oil changes are nice but this is beyond ridiculous!
Yup! Starting to sound like a broken record!
So I called Chrysler and told them I want them to replace the vehicle and they told me they'd like to avoid that! Yeah, no ****! I guess they'd rather me keep taking this POS back to the dealer every other month and have it sit there 2 weeks each time!

I thought so, but they refused because of it not being a safety issue that disables the use of the vehicle or some bull**** like that!
Don't believe that at face-value. Check here:

There is no requirement that it needs to be a SAFETY issue. If it came on the vehicle and doesn't work after three (3) attempts, then you need to get the ball rolling.
