Does any one know if the "R/T" emblems from the challenger of charger work on the D3 grill? if so, anyone with pics. I'm also thinking of doing the R/T double stripe on the front fender in red or medium gray on the stone white, has anyone done this or Im I just nuts???? LOL

A few of the guys have used the challenger R/T badge and affixed it somehow to the grille not sure if they used 3M double side tape or not to secure it but if you remove the Dodge badge theres a recess where it snapped it so I'm not sure that it covers it 100%... As far as hash stripes check out this link...good luck!

I used the Challenger R/T badge to my grill. It is correct that when the dodge logo comes off there is plastic that fills in the honeycomb. I started a thread about how I modified the grill and installed with 3M tape. It turned out great.Name: 46c7c62b-a2a4-4819-8086-0e316bc92771_zps5008f2be.jpg

CMIL, thanks for the link to the strip thread, I really do like the strips and will be doing this mod very soon. Now to choose a color for my strips. Thinking light gray / silver on my stone white or maybe red ! to go with the new R/T emblems front and back in red. This will cause a domino effect I know, red caliber covers or do I dare say "Brembro conversion" uhhhh I said it. when does it end !!!!!!! haha

It does not matter, mine had the tabs and I used a dremel to cut them off. Just make sure you use a strong double sided tape. Changes the whole front of the truck and the red will go great on white. I vote for red stripes as well.

So none of the tabs hold it in place? Just double sided tape?
