Multiple Choice Poll. Voters: 8. You may not vote on this poll
What MPG are you getting with your tune
That would not help because you can decide from several tunes on the Diablo! You have to extend your polls because otherwise we compare different tunes especially between the Diablo users.
The diablo tuner offers:
- 87 Octane
- 91 Octane
- Diablotune (93 octane)
- MPG booster tune
So far using the diablotune I hit 16,6l (50% Citiy / 50% Highway) I like to floor it, sorry environment :-)
Using the 91 Tune (Actual test tune for data logging) i'm really getting 15,9l. Interessting is that with the 91 octane tune the car can be driven with less than 10l on the highway when using the autopilot and set at 110km/h :-) Thats really cool for long trips and even surface! I tested that on a 500km trip in Germany and the family in the car. I was able to get more than 780km out of one tank of gas! That's impressive and even could be better if have driven longer on the highway. The gearing for highway use is good and wisely chosen. If they just used better 1-3 gears on this car it would also consume less gas in the city. I don't understand why it is usefull to have a 2nd gear going up to 130km/h :-)
I want to test the MPG booster tune next week or in 2 weeks for a month to have some data and can mentioned it here. I'm to new maybe but I can't use the poll....

Lol, Yea I realize there are different tunes, but 12 is the max and I want to see what is the result between the 2 manufactures. Also, I'm going to have to look up those km/l figures as I only made the poll for MPG.
Also, I did allow you to put more than one answer so if your getting +2 on the MPG booster and 0 on the 93, you can put both.
Lastly, you can always post up your numbers here on the thread explaining why you put what you put.

This is tough. I know that I've been more aggressive with the hypertech in my driving. After hearing folks talk about how they were getting +2 mpg made me wonder if my TB was the issue. I put the stock TB back in to see if there was a difference but I'm consciously driving differently. When I do punch it, I don't feel the same g-force that I did with the larger TB. So I would need to put my ported TB back in, then not be so aggressive in my driving...then I'll let you know.
