Default Highest Impact Low Cost Bolt Ons?

Hi all,

What do you consider to be the best bets for the above? By Low Cost, I'm thinking under $500 installed. Exterior, interior or drivetrain. Something cheap that makes a difference.

Most cars a tune makes the biggest difference. Depends on what your looking for.

I'm in the same boat... Can't really afford an exhaust but I can do a tuner or a mopar intake and lockpick. Not sure what to do. Will a tune let me break the tires loose from a stop?

After installing the Hypertech, I can chirp the tires a little bit, will spin if not careful when making a turn from a stop.

So over a cup of coffee this morning I would like to add my two cents....If you are a performance seeker then one of the tuners, Diabo Brand or Hypertech and a CAI, those two for 600-800 dollars will give you some seat of the pants improvements and also improve exhaust sound and fuel economy. I have the Hypertech and Volant and my stock exhaust which I hated is getting better and better sounding as I put more miles on it, I have less then 1500 miles on my truck right now. Of course the real improvements will be from a true re-flash of your ECM computer with a dyno tune which will give the greatest improvements but now te price just doubled ( but you will have some cool printouts to show everyone how much HP your rig makes vs stock.
Next, if your only after the flashy "Look at my truck" mods then look around here at members trucks, wheels and tires, Sharkfin antena, LED lights, vinyl wraps and whatever you can imagine. ( although they isn't much out there for our vehicles yet). Ok, coffee time is over-time to go put my 22's on my truck. Enjoy your truck and make it yours and try not to allow all of us on here to go beyond your means, it will happen if you don't stay strong!!! LOL, I live in the dog-house most of the time as packages just keep arriving.....HAHA

I would think tune. LED fogs make a big difference in appearance for the cheap price. Maybe powdercoat your stock rims black.

I've had a necklace worth about $750 that has a broken clasp and never got it fixed. It's been in my dresser now for over a year lol so I'd rather have the hypertech and mopar cai. I've read the threads and used to have an 04 f250 king ranch with the sct and edge tuner(at different times) the custom tunes of the sct were nice but the on the fly ability of the edge was nicer. But diesel is a different animal and I'm ok with the hypertech pre programmed stuff. Thanks for all the info... I've spent lots of money modding throughout the years.
