Hello, I own a 2012 Durango AWD 5.7 hemi V8 and I wanted to know if anyone had any experience towing with this SUV. Was looking to get a boat in the future but wanted to get some feedback first.

I've read some really good feedback on this forum regarding the Durango's towing capabilities. For towing weights, if you have a specific boat in mind, you can find trailer weight ratings in the Owner's Manual on page 519.

 

I just got back from another weekend of towing my 5,000 lb. Airstream. It tows great.

 

I've wondered the same thing. We just recently acquired a horse and a horse trailer. Circle J all steel 2 horse with tac compartment. Its 3500 pounds unloaded, 375 pounds tongue wt. I havent hooked it up yet because i need to setup the trailer brake controller.
