Great pictures man looks like it was an awesome trip. I also wish my kids were as well behaved as yours the furthest we've managed with our 4yr. old and 18month old was from Ohio to Virginia Beach with a stop over at Jamestown/Williamsburg

You know those things are nowhere near accurate, right? Reality is probably around 19.5 mpg. I do the math on every tank, been doing it for at least 15 years. My DD is a lot closer to the truth than Mrs_Ape's Prius, but it's still always off by at least 1.5 MPG. Usually closer to 2.

I'm well aware of that which is why I specified "per the digital readout". I did not hand calculate it. I've owned an 06 Ram Hemi QC and an 08 Mega Cab Cummins. Quite familiar with the 7-10% higher readout in these Dodges.
With that said, I can't say I'm upset with 19.5 mpg considering there were 4 people in the car, all available cargo space was filled (luggage, loaded ice chest, food, etc), we did a lot of mountain/hill climbing, idled at stops and in towns and ran down the highway most of the time at 80+ mph.

Nice shots! What kind of camera/lens did you use? I would like to take better pictures and yours are really sharp looking! I hope its not a camera phone and i am the fool that can not take good pictures.

boosted, I live in Alvin.

Pics were taken with a Canon EOS Rebel T1i with the standard lens it comes with (18-55mm).

cool, have only seen one R/T since I've been here. My wife was driving home from work early this week and said a silver R/T went flying by her on hwy 6 heading towards 288. Said she had to do a double take cause they were driving like me! LOL!
