Hi all,

just wanted to say i'm new to this forum but have been a member for many years on the Charger and Ram Forumz. I'm no longer a Charger or Ram owner but am now a very happy Durango owner! Long story short I plan on keeping my Durango a very long time and over time plan to do some things. The only thing within my budget right now to do would be HIDs/Interior Leds. I know on both the Charger forumz and Ram forumz there were "sticky" threads with part numbers and recommendations on LEDs and HIDS. I don't see any sticky threads here so I was just curious if anyone wouldn't mind posting the interior bulb replacement part numbers and the same with the HIDs and what kit seems to be the most popular to go with? I'd be doing low beams/high beams and fog lights on my Crew.

Any info or suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance!

 

The foot lights for the passenger and drivers are 921's very easy plastic dome covers come right off, 2 lights in front dome light are 194's but the small ones that pivot don't look to be easily changeable. The rear seat dome I don't know how to get out yet as well as the 2 on the rear hatch. I just did the 4 in mine tonite. I'm looking for help on the rear dome and rear hatch.

 

Mike...thanks for the reply it's much appreciated. That picture of the bulbs states for a 2012 Durango...i'm assuming the 2013's have the same Bulbs?
It would be nice to know about the rear lights as well.

And what do you think about HIDS? Do you have any set you'd recommend. What site do people recommend purchasing HIDS for our vehicles from? Thanks again man.

 

I have had good luck with the Vvme brand , ran at least 8 sets over the last 5 yrsrs in mine and other frinds car. Will need a ballast resistor and 5000 is my choice . I order on a Sunday from website and Dhl has at door by Wednesday from china

 

Mike, I went to vyme.com Did you purchase a set of HIDS for your redline R/T? Do you have a link to the HIDS for Durango's? And does Vyme also sell the interior LEDs? If so, did you purchase your LED's there as well? If not, where did you buy your interior LEDs? Thanks again man!

 

I didnt buy hids for my 13 they have them, but did for my 04 & 08. I get my LEDS from VLEDS or ebay if they seem reputible.

I did the domes in my Ram. I want to do them in my D but how do the covers come off. I dont see how they attatch.

 

@ Mike...those dome and foot lights look great man..nice job! Where did you get the bulbs from? I Know you mentioned you purchased hid kits from vyme in the past with good luck but did you get the bulbs from vyme or somewhere else?
