Sales guys - a little off topic
Yeah...was just curious on the R/T
We went to Jax JCD and were less than thrilled...ended up buying at Garber in GCS due to a friend that started working there......have been quite impressed thus far.
When we were looking there were no Black R/T's in town (Although I wanted the Dark Grey) so they had it brought down from Valdosta.
Was more curious about other's experiences here in town...thanks!

Bought mine from Jax Dodge on 9A. I have purchased 4 vehicles from them and know the guys up there really well so I have good times when buying from them. One of my old sales guys is a sales manager now so they know not to give me any run arounds.
They also know my standards so to me it's like going to your favorite barber. You just sit down and they cut your hair! lol
With that said, remember, surveys are not mandatory. If you are up in arms about it don't fill it out. If you have valid concerns fill it out and voice your opinion. Toyota is no different than any other brand when it comes to collecting opinions so......

This is the difference between Dodge (and most other domestics) and Toyota (and most other foreign automakers). We recently bought a new Camry and everyone at the dealer made it crystal clear to us that customer satisfaction was THE #1 priority to them and Toyota- a 9 was not good enough; only 10's please!
When we bought the DD, we were treated like little kids and idiots by the sales manager. The sales guy was OK. He was brand new to the business (per him) and his knowledge of the product and inventory seemed to indicate he was indeed telling the truth. The Toyota buying experience was the exact opposite.
I let Dodge know about the manager and gave them poor scores on some survey I got so I got a quick nonchalant call from some higher up at the dealer apologizing about the manager's behavior. I doubt anything happened though. I won't ever be doing any business at that dealer again.
When I had my Honda, every time I got ANYTHING done at the dealer, I got a customer satisfaction card in the mail a few days later asking about my experience. Once I put in a small complaint on the card and got a call from the service manager! When I had my Ford- Ugh. Won't even go there....If the government did not buy so much of their product they'd be gone by now.
