I also have the Volant and after the tip last week about the Tow Haul button, ive been using that more along with manual mode and it really feels like a different truck lately, love my DD!!

Tow/Haul really transforms the car and I love the "slap stick". One of the reasons I got the 13. The red Durango emblem is definitely happening. I was just thinking about losing the AWD badge and dipping the Durango emblem today. Now I'm sold.

How did you prep the emblem?

Ok installed the Volant. Seriously so much easier then doing anything on a German car. Anyways start to finish was about 30-35 min and that included the test drive . No need for any instructions pretty basic install. Fit is decent but def wish it filled the entire stock intake slot. Truck is sooooo much better. It's crazy actually how much better it feels and sounds. Now I think the interceptor is really worth it also. Would love an exhaust but the wife said absolutely not on that Anyway here are a few pics.

Not much better but wife tried to snap a pic for me while I was out golfing. It was overcast and not very much better then the garage pics.

Just cleaned it pretty good no special solutions or anything. Taped pretty much a square around each one, did three coats about 30 min apart. Once complete I used some wooden skewers to pull away access, you dont have to go around letters or anything, all comes off pretty clean no problems. I did notice last night as you see in Pic, for got to tke piece out of the "D".

What world do you live in, with three boys, battery powered cars, gazillion toys, thats is just their side, my side is workbench and all my carpentry tools. We have enough room to have somewhat of a man cave, but getting the D in there is definetely not an option, at this point I would be lucky to get a minior fiat in there, some day I will have the Ian Poulter garage, we can all dream

Side note, propane is empty no worries

I took this during intall but I really like the all black look and thought they took away from it too much, so removed.

I like the mat black on black as well strips, just may consider it.. Gqjeff, you should look into the Magnaflow exhaust, V for Victory said some nice things about it, not too overly load exhaust option. He had a post around here, just may sway the wife!

Thanks, I'll check the magnaflow out. I ran one on my VW and really like the tone also. On your red stripes I was wondering if I should add on the top of the hood and go into the first crease on the hood also. Then cut it away from the molding so it looks like the real R/T stripes?

Got my catch can ordered and was thinking either standard silver or red. I can't make up my mind. Was thinking standard silver and then get red for the caps???? Damn the choices LOL

Here is sample from where I got mine. I think it looks better not on the hood, just the fender. I think V Victory just put his on fender right?
