Man looking at the caliper covers and wanting them to have R/T on them its looking like $340 plus shipping. Does anybody else think that's the craziest SH** ever to pay for a 5$ piece of aluminum? Hmmm I am having ha hard time wanting to pay that much for literally a piece of scrap metal. We deal with metal all the time but usually stainless and copper never cheap alum lol.

I think I would just take the time and $20 to paint them yourself. Looks better IMO.

Ya I have always painted them in the past. Actually with some of the brush on kits and self leveling paint that turn out factory like. Really though I was checking these calipers out and they r just plain crappy looking painted or not. Plus the pads seem to really put a lot of break dust out on these black wheels. So hoping that may help a touch with that also. I was just up in Joliet a few weeks back and measured the roof on the Cat plant. We had a large roof bid go last week. So hoping my men will be making the trip north often if we get the job LOL...

LOL I bit and bought the custom engraved with R/T for 248 to my door. If i was dropping a SC on this rig I would upgrade the brakes for sure. Thats not going to happen though so I will stick with the stocks
