Budget = dip
Done right = pc

A dip can get you want at a fraction of the cost. You can dip your wheels almost 5 time for the cost of pc. But you'll want to mount tires prior if up dip. Mount machine will ruin your work quickly.

Thats the beautiful thing about dip. Wash all dirt off, and touch up. It blends nicely
