Default Check engine light came on today

Driving home today and noticed the D was shifting kind of hard. About halfway in to my 10 mile trip the CE light came on. just a little over 32k on the odometer, and I just had oil changed at 30k, and dont think i have missed any services. going to call the dealer in the morning to see about getting it looked at

On the way home today I noticed that its not registering in ECO mode. I have an appointment for 9:30 tomorrow morning, so we'll see what they say. And if they say anything about the intake, they're going to have to prove to me without doubt that the intake caused it.
