You guys are aware the stock 80MM throttle body flows in excess of 900+CFM..? The stock throttle body has been proven to NOT be a restriction on anything from a big cubic inch Aluminum Hemi to a twin turbo Hemi. And that "ported" is a giant farce as the stock 80MM butterfly is still being utilized. If it helps, think of it in regards to drinking water through a straw.

Also, many folks who have fallen into the bigger throttle body is better myth have ended up with undriveable vehicles due to DTCs, ETC light, etc. So be forewarned especially if you don't have a CMR or SCT tuner on speed dial.

I think it is mainly a waste of money. I've tested all sorts of throttle bodies on the dyno with my '07 Charger.

I am interested in hearing from folks running one on a Durango, not opinions from folks that are not.

Thanks. I appreciate the link to the other forum as well gotrpm. Good looking out.

got mine in yesterday, arrived a bit early, but haven't had time to install it yet.

got a hypertech interceptor, moes 87mm, and a volant cai delivered this past week, and mopar molded running boards (hope they fit the r/t) have to find some time to install it. but will probably not be installing it one at a time.

I had a BBK 85 mm TB left over from a 08 charger. It made no difference on the Durango. Didn't throw any error, but didn't improve the performance either. I wouldn't waste my money on one. I ran it with the interceptor and volant intake. Ran it with airaid, corsa exhaust, and diablo on the charger. Waste of time.
