Only 75 miles? Well good news then... my experience with my 2012 is that the pentastar gets better as it is broken in. I'd say a gradual improvement over the first 10,000 miles. Also, this could be all in my head, but I switched to synthetic around 10k and felt that provided a little boost as well.

That, and... get used to stomping on the pedal a little more. I believe I've also read that disabling the eco mode on the 2014s changes the behavior to make it more responsive.
