I remember why I stopped coming on this site... money!! I was perfectly happy the last few months with my hypertech but the more I read about the Diablo the more I want one...
Mayby I will just wait for Fin to buy one, screw up the install and sell it to me for cheap!! HEHE
Haha,,, this is why I keep coming to this site. In brother Fins defense that was a stupid place to install the hypertech in the first place. There are better options for mounting that sucker and hypertech instructions should have listed them.
Directly across from the PCM next to the coolant recover tank. There is one existing screw hole and just tap another to mount to the chassis. Never a drop of water on it and using my temp gun it was 10 degrees cooler than under the fuse block (suggested location).

So do tunes need to be updated after the dealership updates the PCM? Yes, I took my tune out first, that's not what I'm talking about. I'm not sure all of the changes that were made during the update, but I know there were changes to torque management.
I just order my diablo tuner with hemifever tune and going to run 89 or 91 haven't decided. One question to you all is did you leave MDS on or turn it off?
