Default Software update 2.60 available

Just FYI. May be old news but I just noticed it on the Jeep forum and I have not installed it yet, but I have seen some posts on other forums about sound improvement from the RHR with the update.

Downloaded to dvd last night, did the update on the way to work this morning (20min), no issues and no changes noticed as of yet, but the install finished just as I was pulling in, so no time to really play with it yet.

TaraM,
It depends on the Model radio you have, do you know which radio you have (730,430,etc)? Once you know which radio you have the link above is self explanatory, just follow the link and look for your model, click to download that file.

Ok makes sense, never had to really look at it before! I have the 430 so I'll get that one downloaded. Thanks!

Did you D/L the correct version for your head unit? Try a USB stick next time. Just don't load the gracenotes thru USB it might brick the head unit.

Yea....Downloaded correct version, just not sure why it's not loading. I'll try USB and see how that works. Currently on software version 2.111.
