I bought one of the quik valves at the suggestion of others on the board. Was worth every penny! Highly recommend it on these trucks

thanks for all the info i will look into the suggestions. and yes the oil change was free, and they did a good job too. the next one is mine to do and i will be going with royal purple for filter and fluids as well as any other lubricants i need to service. and i will be going with the heavy duty maintenance schedule. thanks again for all the info guys!

Royal purple is garbage. It foams miserably and is way overpriced. Unless you are driving heavy duty, using the heavy duty maintenance schedule is also a waste of money. Just change 6 months/5000 miles and use a good quality synthetic and extended mileage filter. Mobile 1, castrol, etc. no need to go to the added expense of more frequent oil changes using overpriced, overhyped oil unless you just like spending money unnecessarily.
