Default No leases for R/T?

Playing around with the configurator on Dodge's website, I noticed the lease option is grayed out for the R/T model but not on any of the others. Website glitch or does Dodge not offer a lease on the R/T?

I haven't owned a domestic brand since my very first car in high school ('77 Camaro, ugh). I'm tentatively dipping my foot in the pool. If everything holds up well during a 3-year lease, I'll buy it out. If not, I'm free and clear and back to Honda/Toyota/Mazda.

Because a lease is usually hundreds of dollars a month less than a purchase. You are only paying for the best part of the car - the first 3-4 years - then you can turn it in for a guaranteed amount. If you like to keep buying and selling cars every 3 years, a lease may fit you better. I've done both in the past 25 years, and the leases have been the best deals for me. To each his own of course...

From what i'm told the lease rates on the Durango's are horrible right now, I'm coming out of a '12 R/T that has a lease turn in on 03.12.15 and have been shopping around and trucks with similar MSRP's are $110+ higher a month than my current payment... which = no more Durango for me!

I've never really given it much thought since I drive 35,000 - 40,000 miles per year

Well that doesn't sound promising.

Right now Dodge has the following for a Limited Durango:

Buy = $523/mo
Lease = $419/mo

Similar savings for all but the R/T.

You cant just leave man. I think as one of the big dogs on here we should setup one of those "fund me websites" for you like the kid did with that Detroit guy walking to work daily, shoot he got up to $150k. Not sure if your story compares, but wth Craig we should give it a shot, no??
