2012 5.7 Plugs
So I'm thinking my plugs are due for a swap. If they haven't been changed, they are way overdue. Manual states NGK LZFR5C11-G. Anyone using these or champions? Results? Pros/cons?
I don't want to go with police plugs as I've seen others suggest.

HEMI is sensitive to the proper plugs - stick with the OEM ones and you won't have any issues; keep in mind there are 16 plugs because we have a waste spark ignition system - no need to go all fancy with the super iridium platinum plugs.
Champion Copper or NGK are just fine for the application.

This past weekend I installed Autolite double platinum plugs in my 2011 Hemi, mostly driven by local availability. The truck runs great with them. With the OEM NGKs with 80k miles on them it and the Hemifever tune it was a bit flat in the midrange. With the Autolite plugs it pulls well throughout the RPM band and acceleration is noticeably more responsive from a stop. I don't have any datalogs from before or after to quantify "noticeably" though. I'm anxious to see if it makes a difference towing the travel trailer as well.

My '04 Hemi hated Bosch platinum plugs. Predetonated with heavy loads. I don't know how mileage was since they didn't last a full tank before I yanked them out. Replaced with Champion Copper and all was right with the world...
I've got about 67k miles on my 2012 Hemi D, so I suppose it's due for new plugs also. My 2005 was a bear to access the rear plugs so I had it done rather than doing it myself. How tough is it to change plugs in the newer generation Durango?

It's almost simple on the 2011 Hemi. Remove the oil fill cap to pull off the appearance cover. I'm not totally sure that's necessary, but it seemed to help me unsnap mine. Put the fill cap back on, then unbolt the coils. You don't need to completely unscrew the bolts, they will be captive you if you don't unscrew them fully, but still will allow the coils to be removed. Unplugging the coils will make it a bit easier to get the boots out of the way, but the wires are long enough to flap them out of the way. Then use a 5/8" socket to unbolt all 16 plugs. I have a really deep spark plug socket that ends up flush with the top of the valve covers. For a few of the plugs I used a 2" extension. Others I had to just attach the ratchet wrench right to the socket.
