The first priority for any owner.........always.

Dealerships should always be checked/researched before taking any vehicle to them.

The internet reviews have helped in calling out those dealerships who have earned the reputation of being the worst to take your vehicle to. Either by lousy work and or trying to empty your wallet.

My wife's 2007 300 C had 75000+ miles on the plugs when I removed them. They looked good so I checked the gap and they were between .053" and .056" so I filed the center and ground electrodes, blasted them and set the gap at .043" and screwed them back in. Engine runs fine and no change in mileage or performance.
