Ok PM your email to me. Can't post in thread, it's too much.

Use solder and heat shrink tube. Mopar has a bag of 10 2" pieces I think. PN # CBRA H070 or H0001 It has monkey snot that oozes out the ends and makes a water tight seal.

If you have a use for quite a bit of this type of shrink sleeving, you can also buy it from places like MCM Electronics, Parts Express, Mouser, and Digi-Key. It's adhesive-lined shrink sleeving and it's available in several different diameters.

Thanks a lot. I've been Google searching here an there and could never run it down. They never keep enough in stock here.

Thank you! Now I think of it, I actually have a box of assorted sizes left over from another project. Great call.

Wow, went away for a couple of days and this thread got really informative.

Wolfe - Keep us posted on the wiring. I'd be interested in doing this to my DD.

Will do, some good advice here and TNtech really helped me out with the diagrams. After taking the rear bumper off, there is a 1.5" plastic plug on each side. I'm wondering if I can run a grommet through that plug and mount the resistors inside. Going to investigate more. I will take photos of the process as I figure out the best location. Thanks so much all for the information.
