So how do I make an argument to my service advisor?

Tell him to PRINT out the estimate. Part price, Labor, etc. Maybe they're charging for a whole gallon of coolant too?

Labor will be whatever diagnosis time they charge plus 0.9

I'm assuming ball park 190.00 labor. Even though it's easy to do, the book time still rules. I sell them for 0.5 myself because they're usually an add-on to something else.

You can do it yourself. They come installed IN the housing. It's 2 bolts, then pop the bleed screw and top off what coolant you lose.
