Red face '12 RT Passenger Side mirror replace..UGHH

So wifey whacked the side mirror off side of garage. Of course it broke the side of the housing. Has anyone had to replace mirrors? I found a used one I'm just wondering if this is gonna be a whole project of interior door panel removal? Any DIY vids on replacing mirrors? Thanks

If you look on the inside of the door, is there a cover over it or is it behind the door panel? Looking at it you should be able to figure it out. Or look on you tube to see if there are any videos.

Haven't gotten into it fully yet but the speaker tweeter seems to be on opposite end. Saw a video or 2 on YouTube but they were for older Durango. Will do some more snooping around I guess

every vehicle iv had to get to the mirror mounts/wires on the door panel had to come off, however it tends to be just a few screws and a bunch of snap in connectors holding everything together so its not bad.

EDIT, quick google search and it looks to me like the panel has to come off.

The electrical connector for the tweeter is located underneath the door panel. From what I can tell, the door panel needs to be removed in order to remove the trim piece with the tweeter so you can replace the side mirror. I don't think there will be enough slack in the tweeter wiring to attempt to remove just that panel.
