Default Remote start

Recently I have bee having problems starting my 2013 Dodge Durango. First, when I press the button, it will try to start but won't turn over. Then I try again and it says that the key is not detected, do a reset. I changed the battery in my remote and then it starts. This have happened to me twice within 3 weeks?

Default Starting issues/key fob

Ok, i’m Having issues with starting my vehicle a 2013 Dodge Durango citadel. For a little over a month now, I would press the start/engine the vehicle won’t start, it is saying key not detected. I changed the battery in the key fob and it reads press start/engine button for reset. Two weeks later same thing happens, so I changed key robs to see if this works, only for about another two weeks. The funny thing, when it happened third time, I used one of the old batteries and the first key fob, the car starts. Does anyone have a clue on what is going on.

Check the other end of the circuit, the receiver.

The car has to have a receiver to know the fob is in range.... No idea where it is though. "In the car" doesn't really help much.
