Default Start/Stop issues and Random misfires 1,3,5

Long story short.I started having issues with the start stop. I was getting a start stop needs service light that would come and go. Randomly stopped working but would start working again. I started getting a check engine light (solid) along with the start stop light. I changed both the start stop and main battery. Tested the vehicles charger and tested out around 14.8v to 14.9v. Went to Advance Auto to get the codes and it showed multiple random misfires and both camshaft position sensors had issues. I replaced both sensors and purchased a code reader. Here's where it gets confusing. So looking at the random misfires the bulk are on Cylinders 1,3,5 (12 mile trip today generated over 300 for each of these Cylinders) Yesterday I drove 50 miles a only had a few misfires across all 6 Cylinders.(very random) I ran what my reader calls a mode 6 test now I have an intermittent failure of my VVT monitor bank 1. This to comes and goes like the check engine light and the start stop light. Yesterday everything seemed to work OK and even my MPG came up now today with nothing physically changing it runs like crap. Oh and I monitored the CAT Temps in real-time while driving and both ran at almost identical Temps. So I don't think it's a clogged up CAT. Im sure i misses a few points but this post is long enough. ANY ADVICE???
