Default Idling rough

I went on a trip through the mountains in June last year and when we arrived my car was idling very rough and my check engine light came on. Got it read and it said misfire in solenoid 1. they said to change the spark plug and coil pack so I did, didn’t fix it. Still doing it so I had it read again and they said to change the plenum seal so I did that. Was still doing it and I had someone look at it and he said to replace “egr” (some kind of valve thing on the front of the motor) so I did that and it’s still doing it. Could anyone give me any ideas of what to do next? I feel like I’m running out of options because there isn’t much left to do. I bought another spark plug to change in solenoid 1 again, I’m not sure what to do and it’s driving me crazy.

I assume you mean Cylinder 1. You really should determine if the issue is a lack of spark, lack of fuel, or lack of compression causing the misfire. Do you have access to a spark tester, a compression tester, and a noid light set? Many of the chain auto parts stores will have these available to "rent" with a deposit that you get back when you return the tool.
