I can't find where to buy that trans upgrade. I'm trying to adjust my shifting and torque. Don't know how to get to select user tables on 3865.

 

At the bottom of the update screen you'll find "Upgrades". Click it and you'll see a drop-down at the top center of the next screen with "Program Updates". Click the down arrow and select "Vehicle 01". This is where you will find the Advanced Trans Upgrade. Go through the payment phase and you should be good to go.

 

Ditto, took me about 10 times to overcome the time out. Just keep trying.

 

nope nothing happens. I click on the upgrade and just a blank page just shows up i click on it again and it goes back to programer up to date u may unplug your programer. Do i have to call sc to be able to buy trans tune.Or do i have it already. how would i know.

 

Yes, give customer service a call at 888-227-2447 at your earliest convenience to get this issue resolved.

I'm wondering why I cant record any times on my superchips cortex. it just keeps giving me an error, ever since I bought it. I've updated it every few months and have the trans tune option as well.

Just want to know my 0-60 times, and it never lets me. Anyone???

 

Have you contacted customer service about this issue? I am certain they can Identify the issue and provide a remedy.

thanks guys for all the help. found out the problem it was my pc's security system it wasn't letting activex perform. i installed on my other pc and everthing just worked perfect. Thanks guys and scott

 

Hey all, I have a 03 Hemi 2500, and love it, my first dodge and can`t wait to get my hands on a newer one down the road. But enough about that, I`m looking to get a SC 3865, I`m having trouble with my trans(I think) And a tuner I was told would be a great start point. Anyone have a 03 like mine with a SC who could drop me some info? Would be greatly helpful.
