mb, PM me your tuner SN, contact info (name and email address) and what codes you received with the database error prompt. I will forward the info to customer service so they are aware of the issue and can work on it's resolution promptly.

Also do me a favor and email customer service at tech@superchips.com with your email address so we attack this from two sides. This will guarantee that your issue is added to the system letting the engineer know the issue exists.

The plan is to revisit the earlier models (not sure at this point how far we will go) to provide a 93 file for those applications.

It is behind the 2010-11 apps and VIVID/AVID products at the moment thought.

I will be sure to update everyone as we get colser to a release date.

Default Problem with shifts/fastest 0-60

I changed the shift schedule on my truck to Eric's + a little from matt's (have a 04 ram and leave it in D when i drive, no switching to 2). It is suppose to shift at 55mph in 1st, but keeps shifting at 50.2nd is suppose to shift at over 100 but does it around 80-85 (can't remember which exactly) mph from 1-2 WOT 5850 and 2-3 WOT is 5800 and the rev limiter is 6300. I've changed the WOT shifts to 6000/5950 no difference. I'm trying to get the best 0-60 time which is 6.54-6.8 so far. I think my very best was 6.34 but that might of been on a slight down hill. I was going to see if anyone with an 04 might chime in with their WOT 1-2 2-3 numbers / rev limiter so i can compare. Also what is the stock 20" tire diameter with those crappy HP tires (31.75?). I'm using a flashpaq 3865 on a 2004 dodge ram 1500 QC. mods are K&N FIPK, Borla exhaust, and SC.

Sorry if its a little hard to read, i haven't had lunch yet =/

any help would be appreciated, i can take a video later if need be to show rpm to mph on shifts

Hate to be off topic, but I am brand new to this forum. How do I post a new thread?

when you are looking at all the different threads in one of the sub forums, there is a "new thread" button near the top left of the page.

ive updated my tuner a couple of time and still dont have the 93 tune. i called superchips and the guy told me my truck wasnt able to get the 93 octane tune but everyone on here has been saying 08 and up. i read on a pontiac g8 forum you had to tune it for the 91 octane and then update it and then it would put the 93 on there. also i didnt see anything between pages 250-260 unless i am an idiot. which i probably did miss it.
