Sorry to hear about your experience. We strive to make improvements to our products continuously especially if an issue like you state exists and the many positive posts in this thread reinforce that statement.
I know that doesn't fix your past problem or even change your personal feelings towards the company at this point but hopefully it does explain that we are continuously working hard to make a quality product for our customers and that we will also work hard to help customers like yourself when an issue like this arises.
Hopefully the positive info provided on this thread as well as throughout the entire forum will allow us the ability at some point to earn your business back.
Additionally, if ever I can be of any direct assistance to you do not hesitate to let me know.
Scott

I'm getting ready to choose a programmer for my 05 hemi. Pretty sure I'm going with the superchips. What I'm wondering is, is there like an 89 tune? I'd hate to have to keep 93 in this thing all the time the way gas prices are.

So I hooked the truck to a pull sled yesterday and didn't do too bad for my first time at it. Im going to buy a superchips for it when the budget allows but im wondering how much trans tuning it will allow I would like to find some way to make it stay in second and not shift down to first until I want it too?

No. Performance 91, 87 Tune, Mileage XS, Tow and Stock are your options.

I was toying with the notion of pulling with my 2500 at the local county fair. The only restriction that may disqualify me is, they have a max weight of 6300 for a gas engine and my MegaCab may be too heavy.
Here's my thoughts on how I'd set things up: Tow Tune, drop tire pressure on my BGF 285/70R17E All Terrain TA/KO to 40 lbs, fill my Firestone Ride Rite Air Bags to 100lbs (to help keep the front of the sled up), set trans to OD Off which will use my OD Off Shift schedule. I have Torque Management set to 8.8% for 1, 2 and 3 which should be sufficient for pulling.
