Default Help!! Please...

I just bought the RAM as stated above, I am currently getting 13 MPG around the house. What can I expect to gian fuel milage wise with Flomaster catbacks,k&N CAI, and SC 3865 set on Fuel Economy tune? Is there any other mild improvements that I could do to help milage more? 2008 4x4 Bighorn Hemi 3:92 gears 4 door 43,000 miles. Immeadiate responses would be GREATLY apprieciated. I have 20 days to make up my mind on this truck or give it back and look for something different, maybe newer generation. If I could get in the 16 to 17 around the house and close to 20 highway, i'd probably stay with this one. Thanks

MPG's, exhaust sound, and of course have the option of increased H.P. when needed.. Right now my thoughts are a K&N cold air intake, Cat back Flomaster duals, and SC 3865. Any negatives or better bang for the buck with other options? As far as sound I'm looking for moderate loudness with a deep truck tone. I'm not big on the high tone cackle exhausts and backfires when leaving off the gas. Truck has 43,000 miles on it. What would be a good estimate on MPG gained with those 3 things driving it boringly?? haha. Also any thoughts on E3 sparkplugs in the Hemi and thoughts on AMS Oil? Thanks.
Bob
I ran with K&N, 3865, and FM cat-back the truck was awesome little better MPG but not much. the spark plug i would look in to more because the motor does not like change with them look through the threads first.
