No, I am not directly linked to customer services to where I can generate a code for you. If you are unable to call during business hours you can PM me your contact info and a good time to call you or email and I will forward the info to a tech to contact you.
Or you can email our techs directly at: tech@superchips.com where you can leave info and they can follow up with you.

Thanks. I wanted to get on the forums so that I could discuss some issues I've had with my new tuner. The flashpaq has reset itself several times when I'm right in the middle of adjusting the settings. So I have to go back and start all over again. It's beyond annoying.
Also, we need to get some more shift schedules because the ones for the 2006 are completely wack. Two of the schedules have mph settings that aren't even available on my new flashpaq.
So yeah, would be nice if I could access the superchips forums to get this worked out. Maybe get a new tuner or something.

Superchips 3865 questions....
I purchased a 2004 2500 QC Hemi recently to two with after downgrading campers and selling our diesel. I have read a lot about the superchips 3865 tuner, and it seems to be the best or only bet for my truck. I am looking to improve tranny function, power and obviously economy. My question is, with these tuners does it put any extra stress on the transmission or other major components or is it considered pretty safe. I have never had a tuner on a gas engine before, and with the miles on this two vehicle getting on up there I just don't want to cause a premature failure.
