I just have a G-6F error after I tried to download the lastest update (about 6 times) and I can't get a response from Superchips at all - can anyone here help me out?

Their forum said to disable firewalls and antivirus and none of that helps and they won't answer contacts.... HELP Please!!!

 

I got that error before, I had to call into their customer service number to get it fixed. There was no other way that I found to get around it.

 

Hello all, Im new to this forum and would like to ask you guys a question; I have the 3815 tuner and and used the 91 octane performance tune. After it was done I went back into view settings and under power level it read stock, even tho I just tuned it to 91 oct I tried returning back to stock then tried the tow tune but it still read stock. Im confused, any input would be appreciated, thanks.

 

after you select the tune, you have to tell it to program the tune. just selecting a tune doesn't upload it into the truck. i forget exactly what you have to select to get it to upload. do you have a manual?

 

There have also been reports of guys running the new update who are actually uploading the tune and the tuner is still reading it as stock even though it is tuned. Just another possibility.
