Spark Plugs
so im thinking of going with the ngk 5306's. i got the general vibe that theyre better than the others. what was the price for all 16? i have 56k on the truck right now, just bought it a few weeks ago and i have no idea if they have been changed, also didnt know it was such a pain in the *** to change them haha. any help/info will be greatly appreciated!
I have just purchased my first Dodge truck. 2006 Ram 1500. It is at about 63000 miles and due for plugs. I want to do it myself but the last couple sets on drivers side below the brake master cylinder look a little intimidating. Any advice on changing these? Special tools needed?
This is a great forum by the way!

Did first plug change @ 45000. The plugs did not look to bad, but had a low idle drop occasionally. Put Bosch plat 4 (rebate, figured what the hell) Now I have 130000, and doing the same low idle drop. Going to try NGK V copper.
Does anyone think a plug is really going to alter the gas milage signifacantlly.
I have 2500, the 4:11 gearing only gets soo good ( good day down wind at 60 will only yeild about 14, add in a light or 2 and it just goes downhill). Average @11.8 summer and 10.8 winter.

i hope i dont come across any "frozen plugs" seeing as these originals have 201,000 miles .... eeek! definitely going with whatever plug was in there since they lasted this long!!!(presumably the factory plug cuz i bought her with only 146 miles on it)... thanx dodge for yet another wonderful addition to my fleet of MOPARS!
