no proof necessary, just be honest. That being said, I think it'd be a good idea to post up the proof if you have it, ESPECIALLY if you're claiming a new top time, but its not required. Most of the performance-minded guys have a pretty good guess of what it takes to get certain times.
Good point about the engines Joe...anyone have any ideas? As far as I'm concerned, engine doesnt matter really. Most of the performance guys are Hemi's anyway. Just put the engine in the mods list

I agree with you about the engine thing AF. If you start breaking it down by engine as well as the other categories that are already there it is going to get too confusing. Just leave it like it is and see how it goes. So far it seems to be a good thread.

Should probably rename the thread though to mention its a 3rd gen only street/strip times. Other wise it may get moved to the the street/strip section and no one will ever see it again. Or we will get them 2nd & 4th gens showing up as well

Well i did my first run ever and it was high 15.xx. I will post in the Street/Strip Times thread when i go home and find the slips. This was on street tires so i was spinning through 1st and 2nd before easing up a bit then down again. 2nd run was someone else driving and me in the passenger side and was a low 15.xx but pretty much the same launch.
DR's is a must now and then practice, practice, practice.

Yeah i am happy that i lived through it lol I think i still had my foot down even after the race. I must of had that "Paul walker fast and the furious look" after his first run.
Of course the 2nd run was against a 11 sec stang, i was able to see his read his time and mph before my truck crossed lol.
