I'm actually surprised so far, I know that this thing just went up, but if you go by the posts in this section there are damn near as many 4.7 guys and if I go by People I know personally. Hunting & fishing buddies, guys I've met thru here and hung out with, etc., I bet 3 out of 4 are 4.7 owners...

 

5.7 hemi 2008 here.

 

I think once it all pans out you'll probably see about 50% hemi, 35% 4.7, 15% other.

 

Aren't the chambers pinched? It's not a hemi, but it's not a poly either.

 

hemi but would rather have the ol trusty 5.9 gasser

 

I already voted but my wifes Jeep has the 3.7, I'll never make that mistake again.

 

The ONLY engine i'd rather have than this hemi is the 5.9. the kind without spark plugs though

 

not me had a 99 5.9 gasser and it would pull a house down .loved that so much bought the ol lady a 5.9 rango back in the day

 

The 5.9 was not bad. Until the Hemi came out and GM's LS motors came out. That kinda put it to shame. (in stock form. don't get pissy now) Ford never could answer the call with their gas engines.
