My truck has 2" drop shackles in the rear, and the O/L spring removed. Love the look, and it rides better than stock.

Here is a little better side shot.

Hey I got 2 questions , is overload springs and leaf spring the same thing ? The other question is your truck 4x4 if it's is , removing the overload springs how is your suspension doing ? Does your bed bounce alot in a speed bump ?

Necro, but not a problem.

I for one hate shaming people for asking questions, kind of drives them off the forum.

Now, dhaatbang, as for you:
Overload is the thick spring on the bottom that does not touch until you are sagging. It is part of the leaf pack, and the leaf springs are the rest in the pack.
4x4 and 4x2 have the same rear suspension on these, removing it will lower the truck yet not affect the ride, unless you over load your suspension (pun intended) It's not going to bounce any more than normal, unless you're flying over it.

For anyone else wondering, these are 1.75" drop shackles on an SRT:

Are the shackles above, or below the springs?

Why are we suddenly getting all these 'webkit-fake-url' postings that simply do NOT work? Are you posting from an apple device?
