Necro, but not a problem.
I for one hate shaming people for asking questions, kind of drives them off the forum.
Now, dhaatbang, as for you:
Overload is the thick spring on the bottom that does not touch until you are sagging. It is part of the leaf pack, and the leaf springs are the rest in the pack.
4x4 and 4x2 have the same rear suspension on these, removing it will lower the truck yet not affect the ride, unless you over load your suspension (pun intended) It's not going to bounce any more than normal, unless you're flying over it.
For anyone else wondering, these are 1.75" drop shackles on an SRT:

I have the same problem, when I installed my shackles it raised the truck 2 inches instead of lowering it. And mine are turned down, so I guess above the springs. I need help bad
