Thank yall. I actually have no problems with my 35s. No road noise or rubbing going on.

Hey af what did you mount your offroad lights to that are behind your grille?
There is a steel crossmember that runs right behind the front bumper. They just mount onto that. Its like this truck was made for these lights

Yeah, there wont be much room for wheel-travel when you take it offroading. There will be rubbing.

DODGETHUNDER....Its built with a 2x2x1/8" wall inner skeleton and then i just put 1/8" sheet metal over the top of it to save weight.

EVEN THOUGH its one of those custom metal bumpers that are stupid looking, that will probably have one of those gay winches on it soon, that'll actually help me get out of a real silly 4x4 truck situations because im having fun with my truck and not taking it to the mall.....i'd still recomend giving it a second shot man...it'll be worth it

Ah so you built like a little frame for it first with square tube? Why did you do that instead of just using the 1/8" sheet and welding that together at the edges? I dont know how they are made, I just assumed that it was the sheet welded together.. I guess the frame would make things a hell of alot easier to lay out and everything
