damn, didn't expect all the negative feedback. Its a 2wd truck so whats the harm. i might lower it down the road. for now i'll probably let it be. I don't sell drugs i'm in the airforce.

if it isn't lifted and got 40" super swampers 85% of the members here don't like it....waaaa.....we dont talk crap about their choices but they sure have alot to say about the choices others make....again whaaaaaa.......do it man do what makes your clock tick not what others care .....

I'm in the "I hate your rims" camp. But the rest of your truck is badass, so it's a dilemma for me.

@OP: You won't find too many fans of big rims and lowered trucks around here. Rims that size are going to hurt your ride quality, and the weight will wear out your brakes and suspension parts faster. It's your truck, go for it.

here we go again....so how long until this threads gets shut down? lol. if he wants 24's go 24's i dont mind them at all! i personally like the setup with kumhos IIRC 38x14.5R24??
my neighbor has a 06 GMC duramax with that setup on a 6" lift and i love it. heres a furd..with the setup

All these posts, and I think one of'em answered the ops question, half-a$$ed at that.

Yeah op, you can run 24's, as mentioned. With any kinda sidewall, you'll probably have to at least level it, as mentioned. You'll be running a lotta extra weight there, so yes, it will be detrimental (sp) to your mpg's.

IIRC, he didn't even ask any opinions, he was just asking for facts.
