LOVE the WV sticker on the tacoma. He an alum? Im an '08 Alum.

Also like the Mustang. As much as I hate ford, I really think they nailed it with the new Mustangs, and your friend has the right idea going for the top end package.

As for you... 310 to the wheels is great for your mods. Keep up the good work -- truck is looking/running great

Thanks guys! Im workin on that rubber pad idea right now, should work out good. Thanks for the tips. Yeah matt went to WV. Raz's mustang is rated at 540hp at the crank, so puttin down 493 at the rear wheels was awesome! That's only 9 percent drivetrain loss! Wish my truck had only a 9% drivetrain loss. It'd be sweet!

Thanks Jay! Done alot of work to her, and still have a long way to go! Yeah his GT is a manual and it's completely stock. We talked him into getting some base numbers, before the mod bug bites!

just curious- why do you let the truck run through the gears on the dyno? when we dynoed mine we ran it in third gear to get a 1:1 gear ratio... then again, that was a loaded mustang dyno... i'm guessing by how fast your truck spun up, and the high numbers you got the rollers werent loaded...?

Well I have an automatic, and yeah they say 3rd gear is best for 5 speed, and 4th for a 6th speed. I can peg the tranny in 1st, or 2nd gear. But that's it. Raz n matt have manuals, so they start in whatever gear they want. Yeah Im pretty sure the rollers have a load on them, that's why I couldn't dyno my bike. They said the load on my bike would be like pulling a 2000 lb trailer with my lil 600cc crotch rocket. lol

Nice vids! Those numbers are just about right for the new gt500 (please don't ever refer to that as a "gt", haha.....) And FYI AF, all gt500's are manuals, unless someone is running CRAZY power and put a C4 or something in it for consistency at the track.

As everyone else said, your truck is looking good and putting down some good numbers. Getting close to that crank HP aintcha? Got any other performance mods in the future? Or any other ones for that matter?

And one more thing, thanks everyone for some clearing up of the FM doing funky things with the HID's, the wife thought I was just going crazy or something.

Edit: Loving the "Shocker" sticker on the swingarm, lol

Edit again: Just thought about this.... you don't have HID highbeams 'cause you have to get the bi-xenon kit in order to have lo/hi HID, just a little fyi. But everyone's right, you won't need your highbeams now anyways

Thanks Rango! Id like to be close to 450 @ wheels when Im done... but we'll see. Couple small mods here and there to do, but the big plans wont happen till next year. Savin some of my enlistment bonus, plus taxes next year and Ill be ready for some forced induction. No more than 6psi. Haven't made my mind up yet on the STS or the Procharger. STS will end up running me more for the install/tune at my dyno shop thatn the procharger. Have to change some of my exhaust and a bunch of other stuff. Procharger I just need tuned and upgraded fuel rails/injectors. And the procharger, I can always take off relatively easy if something goes wrong. Welded turbo... Not so much. Hmmm... but yeah still not sure yet. Im saving the $$$ though, for whatever I decide. Just gonna take some time.
