COOL. You got part numbers/bulb types, where you bought them, how much they were, et cetera?

from these guys, you need three of the 4210-hp6 42mm bulbs for the maps and dome, and two of the WLED-x6 which is a 194 replacement with 6 led bulb cluster for the tag lights.

So I put some of these lights in my truck today,2 for the map lights and 1 in the dome light. The dome light works perfect but the maps only work when I open the door or turn on the light switch. If I push the map lights to turn them on they both flicker like crazy. Do I need to use a resistor on the maps?

where did you buy them from? the ones from superbrights come with the resistors inside the bulb and they just pop right in. Try switching the orientation of the bulbs.

Those ones from superbrights are nice, Ive had them in my truck for a few months now, only thing is they glow a little with the truck running.

I go the superbright ones from this thread. I try and switch them around and see. Do you know what the number on the ones you are?

I think I've tried every orientation of bulbs and the map lights still flicker when you turn them on by themselves. I emailed superbright to see what they have to say.

yeah that sounds like the bulb could be faulty or something, mine worked great just popped in right in.
