Y-Pipe ?
So how big of an install is this? All the shops in my area keep saying they need to see it. Wont give me anything over the phone....i know the concept and where it would be installed but can anyone tell me how hard this is to do. Also any pictures would be good....im looking at getting this one....

yea a lot of shops told me the same deal, they have to look at it. I eventually found someone that knows exhaust systems and it took all of about an hr for him to install. For mine (2007) i just had them remove the front resonator (which i don't think that you have) and put the new Y-pipe in there. Sorry no pics right now as I am at work and they block all of the pic sharing sites.
the y-pipe that you have picked out is a dual 2" into a single 2.5". The model that fits the HEMI best is the 10778 as the HEMi has 2.25" pipe coming off the cats, and the existing stock pipe to the muffler is 3". the 10778 is a dual 2.5" into a single 3".
Unless your aftermarket exhaust has a 2.5" main tube, you'll want to use the 2.5" into 3" Y, so it matches the stock mid pipe.
hope that helps

OK so i need suggestions on a dual muffler setup.....i want the best performance possible i dont care about sound that much, but i want it to sound good....i have a 50 series HD Flowmaster now....but im looking at 2 SI/SO mufflers. So help me spend my money guys.
Hammer chime in here buddy....im looking at the Cherry Bomb products....
i found these....http://www.amazon.com/Cherry-Bomb-87...5777468&sr=1-1

What price you want to spend? You could do this for less than $200 if you aren't picky about sound. Glasspacks are straight mufflers with no bends (so hi flow).
2 - 30"x3"ID sure would be nice.
You want to dump or have tail pipes?
Those are 2"ID GP you have linked to. What is the ID of your stock pipe? My 2007 is 3".
What's wrong with this:

Im not sure of my piping tbh. I already have the pipes all the way back to tips, so basically i would be cutting out the FM i have now and the factory Y and then running one side into to one CB and the other side into the other....using 2 SI/SO mufflers.
However i called the muffler shop and the guy suggested NOT to do it like this and said i would lose too much back pressure. So im not sure what to do now.....
As far as sound i DO NOT want the crackle after the rev...i hate that. Thats why i liked yours....but i didnt hear you do a "get on it" rev so im not sure there either...i found these, but wondering what yall think

they are a steal for price, but now im wondering about what this guy said about the back pressure.

I revved it as far as I was comfortable without having it in gear Around 5K RPM in that video. I've went WOT on the highway and let off. No cackle.
So Back Pressure is the issue...
Here is the math for back pressure the CFM of exhaust = 1000 (just a variable not an actual number) and the pipe is 3" then the Air Velocity is 339.53 ft/sec
So if we split this (Dual) the CFM would be 500 per pipe and we want the same Air Velocity we had to get the same back pressure.
So the CFM is now 500 since we are only accommodating 4 cylinders. A 2.12" pipe would then produce the Air Velocity of 339.95 ft/sec.
So a 2.25"ID would give you about stock back pressure in a True Dual system. Since you are going from a restrictive muffler to a straight pipe (close to it) I wouldn't go above the 2.25" pipe, but just for giggles. The 2.5" pipe would produce an Air Velocity of 244.46 ft/sec a 28% drop in back pressure.
To sum it up. If your stock single pipe is 3"ID and you go to a 2.25"ID true dual system you will be at stock back pressure. (Muffler size and design are not accounted for in this math)
