Default lift kit question

I have a 2004 ram 1500 it is not a 4x4. i wanted some suggestion on a good height to lift my truck and also if i should up my tire size if so how big? last how much does a lift kit typically cost?

its all depending on the height man...and tires adjusted to height

you can do a level, body lift, 4 inch, 6inch....

Tire fitment is all dependant on what size lift you want to go with.
Price varies drastically from very cheap body lifts to very expensive suspension lifts.
2wd's are a fairly cheap lift, so you get off pretty easy.
