Now that my truck is officially totaled, how hard is it to find a ram that is hemi orange?

Never seen a 3rd-4th Gen Ram come in HEMI Orange factory? Are you sure you have the name right? How about a paint code. HEMI Orange is a famous MOPAR color.

Only orange based colors I have seen are...

Year: 2005
Model: Daytona Ram
Color: Go Mango( coppery orange color - called Tangerine on 06+ Chargers )
Paint Code: VE

Year: 2008-2009
Model: Ram
Color: Sunburst Orange( very similar to Go Mango )
Paint Code: PV6

Year: 2010( not shown for 2011 but maybe )
Model: Ram
Color: Mango Tango
Paint Code: PVG

There may be others and some of these colors may have eben used on other models too. These are it for newer orange based colors that I know of and can find the codes for.

 

Having compared my Sunburst Orange Pearl (PV6) RAM to an original paint code "Hemi Orange", they look almost identical. FWIW, I'd opt for the SOP over the MangoTango any day.

 

There is a lifted 3rd gen over on DT that is Hemi Orange. Ill try to find it for you

 

I was thinking about finding an orange ram, and do a satin black accent with the orange. Such as wheels, bumpers etc. Thought that would look sick

 

The GTX rams you could get from the factory in Hemi Orange; as well as Plum Crazy Purple, Sublime Green,and Banana Yellow.

yea the newer orange is more of a burnt orange
